SHIPPING

How long does it take to ship my order?

We prepare and dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days. Once your package is on the way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

After dispatch your order typically arrives within 6–12 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the carrier’s service at that moment.

Can I track my delivery?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return something if it doesn’t work out?

Absolutely. You have 30 days from the time your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags.

Do you offer exchanges?

We recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the one you don’t. It’s the quickest way to make sure you don’t miss out if stock is low.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns. We suggest choosing a tracked shipping method to avoid any issues.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2–4 business days), your refund is processed. Funds usually appear on your statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider. If it takes longer than 15 business days, get in touch and we’ll look into it.

I didn’t get my confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s still missing, email us at support@closora.com and we’ll resend it right away.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you reach out within a few hours of ordering, we’ll do our best to catch it. Email us as soon as possible.

Customer service hours

We respond to messages Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm (ET). We’re offline on weekends and public holidays, but we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We're currently shipping only within the U.S.
