Remember that essential oils are always used drop by drop as they are very concentrated and should never be applied directly to the skin without being diluted. A little household tip: if you want your toilet to smell nice, you can drop a few drops of your favorite oil into the cardboard of your toilet roll.

Rose - pain-relieving, strengthens memory, sensual but not erotic, skin regenerating
The oil strengthens blood circulation, has anti-inflammatory properties, and helps heal wounds and scars. -
Peppermint - refreshing, calming, strengthens concentration and learning ability
The oil is good for headaches and toothaches as well as certain types of migraines. Strengthens the digestive system. Good as an expectorant for colds and flu. Fever-reducing. -
Tea Tree - cleanses body and soul, uplifting
The oil strengthens blood circulation, relieves pain, heals wounds, inhibits fungal toxins, tightens the skin, and stimulates the immune system. -
Orange - refreshing, uplifting
